1. Data controller

2. Data categories
- Contact data: name, email, phone and company information.
- Request data: project/subject, request type, message and any other information you choose to provide.
- Technical data: IP address, request time, visited URL, browser/device and security logs that may be generated by hosting infrastructure.
- Preference data: selected language and the on-device record that the cookie notice has been seen.
3. Collection method
When you select Send, the contact form submits your entries to a secured server endpoint for validation and delivery to info@toprakled.com through our email delivery provider, Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). No separate form database is used. Phone and WhatsApp data is obtained through the service you select. Technical logs may be created automatically when the site is accessed.

- Responding to requests and managing pre-contractual sales/project steps; KVKK Art. 5/2-c and legitimate interests under Art. 5/2-f.
- Legal records
- Establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims; KVKK Art. 5/2-e.
- Technical security
- Secure and reliable operation and compliance with legal obligations; KVKK Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f.
- Device preferences
- Providing the language and notice behavior expressly requested by the visitor.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared, only where necessary, with authorized staff, Resend for email delivery, corporate email, hosting, security and technical support providers, professional advisers and legally authorized public bodies. Data is not sold or added to marketing lists. Resend and some subprocessors operate in the United States or other countries, so form delivery may constitute an international transfer handled under the safeguards and current requirements of KVKK Article 9.
6. Retention
Form submissions are not stored in a separate website database. Resend may retain email addresses, subjects, message content and delivery events in its service records for 30 days by default. The copy delivered to the info@toprakled.com mailbox is retained only as required to resolve the request, protect legal rights and meet statutory retention periods. Data is erased, destroyed or anonymized when processing conditions cease.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights under KVKK Article 11 by emailing info@toprakled.com with the subject “KVKK Data Subject Request”. Include enough information to verify your identity and request, but do not send unnecessary or sensitive data. Requests are answered within the statutory period, generally no later than 30 days.
