About the Project

This project on Alaçatı's historic stone streets uses a lighting approach that preserves the area's distinctive character. Warm wall lights, bollards and globe luminaires work together along the stone-fronted pedestrian routes.

To retain the streets' atmosphere after dark, excessive brightness was avoided in favour of light levels that gently reveal the texture of the façades.

In this busy pedestrian setting, the scheme balances wayfinding and safety with the area's aesthetic expectations.
